That of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation is the second visit of a member of the Government to Ukraine since the Russian invasion began on February 24
The Minister of Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation, José Manuel Albares, arrived in kyiv around 8:20 this morning to meet with the Ukrainian authorities and deliver aid from the Spanish Government, as confirmed by diplomatic sources.
The head of diplomacy has traveled to the Ukrainian capital by train from the Polish city of Pzemyzil. Albares’s is the second visit by a member of the Government to Ukraine since the Russian invasion began on February 24, after the one made by the president, Pedro Sánchez, last April 21.
