The authorities were not ready to deal with the severe flooding in July last year and urgent measures are needed to adapt to the disrupted climate. Walloon Minister of Infrastructure Philippe Henry (Ecolo) stated this on Friday in the Walloon Commission of Inquiry into the disaster.
