Wagner wins German duel against Schröder

The German basketball pro Franz Wagner has successfully come out of the NBA All-Star break with the Orlando Magic. The Magic prevailed with 119:111 (58:51) against the Houston Rockets around Dennis Schröder.

After four losses in a row, the Magic celebrated their 14th win of the season. Wagner contributed 13 points and eight rebounds to the success. Franz Wagner’s brother Moritz was not used. Schröder scored ten points on the other side and had six assists. While the Magic remain last in the Eastern Conference, the Rockets remain at the bottom in the West.

Isaiah Hartenstein celebrated a 105:102 (57:47) win over the Los Angeles Lakers with the Los Angeles Clippers. For the Clippers it was the sixth win in a row against city rivals. Hartenstein presented himself with eleven points, seven rebounds and six assists. Superstar LeBron James scored 21 points for the Lakers.

James Harden wins on 76ers debut

Maxi Kleber and the Dallas Mavericks had to admit defeat to the Utah Jazz with 109:114 (67:60). The German national basketball player did not get more than three points, the best point collector for the Mavs was Luka Doncic (23).

Superstar James Harden has celebrated a successful debut with the Philadelphia 76ers. With 133:102 (65:49) the Sixers clearly won against the Minnesota Timberwolves. Harden, who scored 27 points, was traded from the Brooklyn Nets to Philadelphia two weeks ago.
