The World Anti-Doping Agency WADA has accused the World Athletics Association IAAF of a complete failure in the fight against doping and corruption. Former IAAF President Lamine Diack is primarily responsible for “organizing and facilitating the conspiracy,” according to the new report released by the independent WADA commission.
