VU human rights center suspends activities after a fuss about independence

The activities of the Cross Cultural Human Rights Center of the VU University Amsterdam have been shut down. The platform is investigating publications on its website, after a fuss last week about funding for research by China and statements in which the oppression of Uyghurs seems to be downplayed.
