The German car group Volkswagen is preparing an IPO of its subsidiary Porsche AG. Extensive discussions are underway with VW major shareholder Porsche Automobil Holding SE, Volkswagen confirmed on Tuesday. The owner families Porsche and Piëch combine their interests in this holding.
