It is quiet along the water during the competition. Logical too, because most Volendam supporters are in the stadium. But among the cafe -goers who follow the competition on one of the many screens, the disappointment is no less, if Excelsior already scores twice for the break and the game in the second half is completely in the end.
Emotions are running high
The atmosphere is not much better around the stadium.
