VMAs 2023: where to see it and nominations, guests are Maneskin

AND everything ready for VMAs 2023. The MTV Video Music Awards are tonight at 2 live on MTV – Sky channel 31 –, MTV Music – Sky channel 132 and 704 – and streaming on NOW. At 00.30, however, the pre-show begins. Reruns After airing, the episode will also be available on Paramount+.

VMAs 2023, the cast: from Nicki Minaj to Jared Leto

Hosting the event from the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey, is Nicki Minaj. The singer is at the helm of the event for the second consecutive year. The pre-show, however, is entrusted to Saweetie, flanked by Kevin Kenney, Nessa and Dometi Pongo in the role of presenters.

The hosts of the main show, in addition to Minaj, are: Bebe Rexha, Charli D’Amelio, Coco Jones, Dixie D’Amelio, Emily Ratajkowski, French Montana, GloRilla, Ice Spice, Jared LetoMadelyn Cline, Rita Ora and Sabrina Carpenter.

Regarding the performances, the pre-show sees NLE Choppa and Sabrina Carpenter take the stage. Following, the Extended play stage with Kaliii, Renée Rapp and The Warning. Once the 2023 VMAs get underway, there’s time for the main show. A Boogie with da Hoodie, Future, Metro Boomin, Nav and Swae Lee open with Superhero (Heroes & Villains).

Following, Anitta, Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion with BongosDemi Lovato, Diddy with a medley. Furthermore, the latter swill be awarded the Global Icon Award. Again, Doja Cat, Fall Out Boy, Karol G, Kelsea Ballerini, Olivia Rodrigo, Peso Pluma. They close Lil Wayne with Kat FoodStray Kids with S-Class, TXT with Back for more (with Anitta), Nicki Minaj with Last time I saw you and Shakira, who will receive the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Awardor the lifetime achievement award.

In the end, the Måneskin arrive. Damiano David, Victoria De Angelis, Thomas Raggi and Ethan Torchio present the new single Honey (Are U coming?)published last September 1st. They compete in two categories: group of the year and best rock video for The Loneliest.

When will the reruns be broadcast?

Those who cannot follow the live broadcast have the opportunity to catch up on the subtitled versions on Wednesday 13 September at 10pmFriday 15 September at 11.55pm and Sunday 17 September at 7.35am on MTV. On MTV Music, however, the repeat of the pre-show is broadcast on September 13th at 10pm and the full show begins at 11.30pm.

It continues on Thursday 14th at 12pm, Friday 15th at 10pm, Saturday 16th at 7pm and Sunday 17th at 1pm. Finally, the event will air on September 13th at 11pm on VH1. Subsequently, the contents will be available on Paramount+.
