Vlucht Duterte to Rotterdam postponed, daughter and vice president travels him from the Philippines

Filipino former president Rodrigo Duterte is still in Dubai, where he landed on Wednesday at 4.03 am local time (01.03 am Dutch time). Duterte is on his way to the Netherlands, because he has to appear on a day before the International Criminal Court (ICC) in The Hague. He is suspected of crimes against humanity.
