Behind the Wippal aromatic gardens There is the union of two farms that have been working together for 23 years, those of Gabi and although Holzer and of Bernhard Aeckenthalerrespectively In the Steirerhof farm in Prati di Vizzi and in the Maso Botenhof in Fleres. In these splendid aromatic gardens, framed by the mountains, herbs and aromatic plants are grown with care. The goal of the barefoot path is to live nature in the most authentic sense of the word. Barefoot can be experienced all the sensations that arouses coming into contact with different materials such as grass, sand, gravel, marble, wooden twigs. Not only that, Racines’s Kneipp path allows you to immerse yourself in cold waterwith the indications to do it safely and draw their maximum benefit. Every Wednesday of July and August, from 14:00 to 16:00, free sessions are held to learn the Kneipp techniques with the expert Karin Kinigadner.

Josef and Floragunde Ralser They will welcome you in their splendid hut, at 1814 meters above sea level. Every day is produced here Gray butter and cheesea lactose -free cheese that is made five days seasoned. The hut proposes an exquisite vegetarian trio, composed of dumplings to spinach, red turnip and gray cheese, and tin -filled tortelli. Among the desserts, before resuming the path, perhaps towards the summer sled track, there are exquisite Straubenthe pancakes with jam.
