22-year-old Selma Amoureus from Heerhugowaard had a dirty job this morning. Her scooter was peed all over by an unknown pervert early this morning. A doorbell camera registered how the man unzipped his pants without any shame and then ran a small errand. “I’m really shocked, disgusted that people can be like this.”
Selma is busy with a bottle of all-purpose cleaner and a cloth to get the dirt off her scooter. “It was all sticky and wet and filthy, I don’t understand why someone is doing this. There are enough trees and bushes here, why does that have to be over my scooter?”
What the pervert didn’t know is that he was captured by a doorbell camera. Selma decided on the images facebook in the hope that someone knows who he is. “I hope family or friends recognize him and ask him why he’s doing this, it’s just bizarre.”
Rico van Wijngaarden, Selma’s friend, has no words for it either. “At first I thought it was a joke, but when I saw the video I didn’t know what I saw. I don’t think the police can do much with it, but if I know who it is I’ll piss through his mailbox.”
Selma and Rico still wonder why the man had to use the scooter as a urinal so badly. “If people are bothered by the scooter, they can just tell us,” says Rico. “But I can’t imagine that people are inconvenienced by this. He just runs smoothly 45 kilometers per hour. And we don’t argue with anyone either.”
