A few days after a 10-year-old boy fell into a 35-meter-deep concrete pipe in Vietnam, authorities pronounced him dead. “The boy died after unsuccessful rescue efforts,” said Doan Tan Buu, deputy head of the government of South Vietnam’s Dong Thap province. He added that they are now trying to recover his body as soon as possible.
