A Russian businessman’s superyacht was seized in London on Tuesday. The ship Phi was built in the Netherlands and cost the equivalent of 45 million euros. Sanctions apply to Russian businessmen who have close ties to Vladimir Putin. Previously, France and Germany, among others, seized ships from wealthy Russians.
