Victory for Trump: deportations under Obscure War Law may continue from Supreme Court

The Trump government can continue to set off migrants from Venezuela for the time being. The Supreme Court supports the decision of US President Donald Trump to send alleged gang members away on the basis of an Obscure War Law from 1798. Lower courts were temporarily prohibited the use of the so -called ‘Alien Enemies Act’.
