Fashion label Victoria Beckham has appointed Lara Barrio as future design director. Pre-Spring/Summer 2023 will be Barrio’s first collection at Victoria Beckham, the company announced to FashionUnited on Wednesday.
According to her own Linkedin profile, Barrio worked as chief designer at the Italian fashion house Salvatore Ferragamo. Before that, she held a similar position at Swedish brand Acne Studios and worked as a designer at Loewe for seven years.
Ilaria Icardi previously worked as chief designer at Victoria Beckham – in 2020 she decided to found her own jewelry brand.
