Private star journalist Jan Uriot does not understand that Wilfred Genee is keeping TV critic Victor Vlam out of the show at Today Inside. “Johan Derksen does not have eternal life either,” he warns.
René van der Gijp has indirectly revealed that Wilfred Genee is behind the Victor Vlam boycott at Today Inside. Those suspicions were already there. For example, the presenter reacted very strongly when Victor criticized him when they were together as guests of Hélène Hendriks. According to Johan Derksen, the media interpreter is good for the show.
Jan is a fan
Privé star journalist Jan Uriot is surprised that Wilfred puts his own ego above the program. “Yes, there is a lot going on in the media. A lot is said in the media about Victor Vlam. I am a fan of his. Yes,” he says in the podcast Strictly Private.
The reporter continues: “I think he’s very good. At least he dares to say things and certainly things that I don’t dare to say. They come out of his mouth. I like that.”
Eternal life
Jan actually sees Victor in the Johan Derksen role. “Johan does not have eternal life either. Then I think: let him dribble in, because he is a very good replacement for Mr. Derksen. That’s how I see it. Put him there now, because he dares to say something. I think he has good opinions.”
Podcast host Jordi Versteegden adds a critical comment. “Don’t you think he prepares his opinion in such a way that he already knows: I’m going to make it to the media with this?”
‘Derksen too!’
Jan thinks that is a nonsense argument. “As if Mr. Derksen doesn’t have that? He’s in that car where-does-it-come-from and he’s also preparing everything, right? I’ve now also prepared everything!”
Jordi: “As far as you are concerned, Victor more often in VI?”
Jan concludes: “Yes, definitely!”
