Victimfunds have already paid more than 6.5 million euros for attacks of March 22

The Commission for Financial Aid for victims of intentional acts of violence (the ‘victim fund’) has already paid 6,545,044.96 euros to victims of the attacks in Zaventem and Maalbeek metro station of 22 March 2016. That is evident from new figures from the Commission on Tuesday. In the meantime, there are still 705 files hanging in which no final decision was made yet.
