After such a dominant first half, we were literally begging for an equalizer. At the front there is (as has been the case throughout the season) an exploitation of opportunities. We allow too many shots at the back and often concede easy goals as a result – even Sunday shots can only happen if they are not put under pressure.
The result is of course great, that’s what we take with us. I wish Heidenheim a turnaround as quickly as possible, the second half shows that you have what it takes.
It’s really great that after three points and a good game you only criticize and look for the fly in the ointment. I’ll try something different. Thank you guys for accepting the opponent’s tough style and doing very well at the moment despite the triple burden and many injuries. Thank you Alex for holding up great in the one-on-one situation in the second half.
