Very young Dutch drug rangers flood Antwerp: “The youngest is 13 years old. That is dramatic”

They are very young, not at all impressed and have mapped out criminal career paths: in the port of Antwerp, agents already picked up 140 elderers this year, mainly Dutch teenagers. The youngest was barely 13 years old. A glimpse into a shadowy world where parents of elderers sometimes say: “We’re not coming to get him, keep him.”
