The traffic around Amsterdam is stuck due to a very busy evening rush hour. The delays on the highways rise considerably, on the A9 and A10 the delay is already up to forty minutes.
Just before five o’clock this afternoon, the delay on the A10 had already risen to half an hour, on the A9 between Badhoevedorp and Amsterdam, motorists have been doing forty minutes longer on their journey.
That is not the only thing: there are also traffic jams on the A4 at Schiphol and on the A5. On the A4, the delay is already almost half an hour. Also on the N201 from Hoofddorp to Uithoorn it is considerably fixed on the connection with the A4.
A7 is also certain
It is also busy in the north of the province. The traffic jam is on the A7, in both directions. Traffic stands still at Wieringerwerf in the direction of Heerenveen. The delay is 25 minutes. The other way it goes a little faster. The delay there lasts 8 minutes.
