Striking image in the sky tonight. Just after sunset, a strikingly bright “star” could be seen to the right above the moon. Several HLN readers sent photos of the scene to our editors via 4040. Science expert Martijn Peters explains that it concerns the planet Venus. “It was clearly visible tonight,” he says.
