Veil clouds and Sahara dust make it a bit difficult for the sun

Today is a fairly sunny day with mild highs of up to 17 degrees. It is a bit fresher by the sea. There is also a sea breeze there. High veils of cloud make it a bit more difficult for the sun to shine during the day. There is also some Sahara dust in the air at high altitudes and that also dampens the sun somewhat, but it does provide beautiful twilight colors.
