According to Tiv, one supplier was to be chosen from among the competitors, who would be responsible for supplying Veikkaus with the online casino games and the software platform they need.
Those who participated in the competition were expected to have a large slice of the online casino supplier market and plenty of experience. In the comparison, price was weighted by 60 percent and quality criteria by 40 percent.
