Wrong turn! While peloton turns right, Longo Borghini drives wrong
The riders during the Tour de France Femmes headed for a bunch sprint during the fifth stage of the Tour de France Femmes. While the peloton turned right in the full final, Elisa Longo Borghini chose left. The Italian was in the lead, but in one fell swoop lost the chance of winning the race.
