‘Accelerated eviction is not legally possible’
The Hague – Next Monday there should be a plan showing that there is sufficient reception capacity in all asylum seekers centers in our country for the next three months. The asylum crisis team led by Minister Yeşilgöz (Justice) took that decision on Friday evening. According to executive secretary of state Eric van der Burg (asylum), new -temporary- reception locations for beneficiaries are being looked at ‘taboolessly’.
