The 2023 Formula One season starts at the end of February with the test sections in Bahrain, and the drivers and teams have recently revealed what equipment and cars they will be driving through the season.
Valtteri Bottas presented his new helmet on his Instagram on Wednesday. This year, the Finn relies more on blue and has actually completely removed red from the design.
The colors are the only big changes from last year’s straightforward model. This time, Bottas’ helmet is much more restrained. When sitting in the car, the helmet looks almost completely black from the front, but from the sides the main colors are blue and white.
– I think this kind of blue is one of my favorite shades. Blue and white represent Finland in a certain way. This looks pretty cool with the car, Bottas describes.
– A little meaner, a little simpler. Looks fast.
