Valentijn Driessen lashes out pretty hard to Rob Goossens. He puts down his former colleague of De Telegraaf as a wimp. “He wrote a column, but after three weeks he was almost in a burnout!”
RTL Boulevard’s tab leads to more and more criticism. The program was once corrosive and up -to -date, but in recent months it was mainly the Napraat section of B&B full of love. Not to get through. When will the viewer pay for the show section on RTL 4? Johan Derksen thinks it’s time for change.
‘Heleen terrible’
Johan finds it very boring, he says in Today Inside. He specifically lashes out to two B&B full of love experts from the program: Heleen van Royen and Rob Goossens. “I think Heleen van Royen is a horror.”
“Look, that Boulevard used to be a fun program where spicy and playful the publicity in the entertainment world was dealt with. Now she is there and there is no wise word.”
Beautiful picture
According to Johan, Heleen does not add anything. “I will not deny that it is a beautiful picture. She nowadays also makes pictures of her feet taken. Men seem to get very horny, but I don’t get horny from lime nails. Then you have those Goossens, that Rob Goossens from Eibergen. That actually says everything. That was at the Telegraaf …”
Telegraaf journalist Valentijn Driessen fills in: “Then he was sharp!”
Johan: “Yes, then he was sharp and then he started for himself.”
Dick stories
All the pit is out at Rob, says Johan. “Now he has to survive, because he must always be able to push it for his income, everyone must be satisfied. Now he is talking to everyone and also hanging dick stories about B&B full of love and so on. It is really completely devalued that program.”
Wilfred Genee: “It is no longer your boulevard as it looks now?”
Johan: “No, I think Shownieuws is much more fun at the moment.”
Little bit sharp
Valentine finds Rob a wimp. “No, it must be a bit sharp, it has to be sanded occasionally and that was with that Goossens. Although: he was also quite lazy, hey? With us he was pretty sharp, but then he had to make a column, once a week of 250 words or something, and after three weeks it was up to here. The burnout was coming.”
Wilfred: “Really true? For a column?”
Valentijn: “Yes, what is it about man?”
Wilfred: “You don’t mean this?”
“Really serious!”
It is really true, says Valentijn. “Yes, really serious. The column then left. He was just a reporter.”
Johan: “Yes, but he is clear and if you are clear, then you also have to interpret and take a position.”
Valentijn: “Yes, but what do you have to explain about B&B full of love man? Isn’t that at all about that program?”
When asked, Rob says he has no idea where Valentine gets his story from.
