VakıfBank became the first finalist by eliminating Aydın Metropolitan Belediyespor in the Final Four. Fenerbahce Opet, which eliminated Turkish Airlines, had its name written in the final.
One of the two teams that met in the finals last season, VakıfBank won the cup by beating its opponent 3-2.
