Democrats and Republicans in the US Senate have reached a joint agreement on a new budget for immigration restrictions and aid to Ukraine. The proposal still needs to be voted on and a lot of opposition is expected, especially in the House of Representatives. Donald Trump, who is in the race for a new presidency, is also against it.
