US Secretary of State Antony Blinken has announced his first meeting with his Russian counterpart Sergei Lavrov since Russia’s bloody invasion of Ukraine. Blinken will insist on compliance with the agreement on grain exports from Ukraine, he announced. Exports across the Black Sea had come to a halt as a result of the war.
