The sun is shining, the water slumps gently against the quays and in many marina the clatter of fits, the buzzing of cleaning machines and the hiss of coffee on gas burners again sounds. The sailing season has started for many Dutch people. And that is noticeable: the ports are flowing full – in some places it is even urgent for a lying place.
