Unknown people wrote “inoogent” on the door of the Moscow apartment of Marat Gelman

Marat Gelman was added to the register of media-foreign agents on December 30. After the inscription appeared on the door, he stated that the status of a foreign agent became a pretext for “real persecution” of aggressive activists.

The inscription “Inoogent” (spelling preserved) appeared on the door to an apartment in Moscow owned by gallery owner Marat Gelman (included in the register of foreign agents), informed lawyer Pavel Chikov.

RBC turned to Marat Gelman and his representatives for comment.

“Whether Marat will contact the police, he has not decided yet. He doesn’t know who made the inscription,” Chikov told RBC.
