Union Berlin meets the Nigerian again almost a month after the transfer from Taiwo Awoniyi. The 24-year-old striker will play with his new club Nottingham Forest in a friendly on July 23 (5:00 p.m.) at the An der Alten Försterei stadium.
Awoniyi had signed a five-year contract with the newly promoted Premier League on Saturday for a reported record transfer fee of over 20 million euros.
Before that, the team of Union coach Urs Fischer will play the first test match against Viktoria Berlin in the Jahn-Sportpark next Wednesday (6:00 p.m.).

Two matches will follow on Saturday and July 6th at second division promoted teams 1. FC Magdeburg and Eintracht Braunschweig. Three days later, the Bohemians Dublin are guests at the Försterei for the official start of the season.
In addition, two friendlies are planned during the training camp from the 11th to the 20th in Neukirchen am Großvenediger, Austria.
