The new production line has a capacity of 15 million square meters of laminate per year and, according to the company, is the most advanced laminate press in the world. The investment of 30 million euros increases the maximum production capacity by 25 percent and “produces floors up to 30 percent faster than other lines,” says CEO Wim Messiaen.
The laminate press uses AI and camera technology to work with precision. Thanks to high -tech robots, the line can produce two different designs at the same time.
