The UN Security Council will discuss the issue of the hypersonic missile that North Korea launched on Wednesday. Diplomats report to AFP news agency that the council is meeting at the request of permanent members United States, France and Great Britain. Ireland and Albania, a new member of the council, have also requested a meeting.
