International regulators must urgently visit the beleaguered Zaporizhzhya nuclear power plant in southern Ukraine, officials in Kiev say. Ukraine’s Energy Minister Herman Halushchenko posted on Facebook last night that both the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) and the United Nations should send experts to assess the situation on the ground.
