Ukraine has officially started the process for possible EU membership. A questionnaire left by EC President Ursula von der Leyen with President Volodymyr Zelensky in early April has been completed. Presidential adviser Ihor Zhovkva told the Ukrainian public broadcaster this on Sunday evening.
