The United States can, if desired, force Ukraine to comply with the Minsk agreements regarding Donbass, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov believes.
“Today, of course, Ukraine is under the external control of the United States,” the minister explained during a conversation with reporters after talks with the Croatian Foreign Minister.
Therefore, according to Lavrov, “Washington is quite capable of simply forcing the Kiev regime to finally comply with the Minsk agreements.”
Former President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky stated that ready to negotiate on the issue of resolving the conflict in Donbass. In his opinion, this requires a new summit in the Normandy format (Russia, Germany, Ukraine and France).
