LVIV – In the Sumi region of northeastern Ukraine, a captured Russian officer has been released in exchange for the release of five Ukrainian servicemen. This is what the governor of the region, Dmitro Zhivitskyi, said in a message on social media. According to the governor, it is the first time that captured soldiers have been exchanged during the conflict in Ukraine.
