Ukraine banned transactions with Russian and Belarusian rubles

The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) announced the imposition of a ban on banks’ operations using Russian and Belarusian currencies.

In addition, banks are prohibited from fulfilling their obligations to legal entities or individuals located in Russia or Belarus. Corresponding changes have been made to the resolution on the operation of banks during martial law. “Interfax”.
