Ukraine has agreed to peace talks with Russia.

Russian armed forces on alert
Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin had put the country’s nuclear forces on alert. He ordered the Russian military leadership to do this because of NATO’s aggressive behavior and the economic sanctions, Putin said on television on Sunday.
