U17 national coach on Noah Darvich’s future: probably at SC Freiburg

Courted Talent

U17 European champion Noah Darvich could stay with SC Freiburg despite numerous advertising clubs. At least that’s the conclusion national coach Christian Wück comes to. “Especially with Noah, I’m not worried,” the 49-year-old is told by the “SZquoted. “I know that he wants and needs to do his Abitur next year – in Freiburg. He feels very, very comfortable there and my information is that SC Freiburg has also found solutions that make him sporty happy.”

Darvich himself would be promoted to the Breisgauer U19s for the coming season due to age, but they recently had to accept relegation from the A-Junior Bundesliga. The 16-year-old attacking talent is reportedly being courted by several top European clubs, including Bayern Munich, Manchester City, PSG, Arsenal FC and Ajax Amsterdam.
