On Friday, January 30, 2025, the US Department of Justice released additional documents from the Epstein files. The scope is enormous: a total of three million documents can now be viewed, including 2,000 videos and 180,000 images. This time too, prominent names can be found in the documents.
The newest and best-known names in the publication include the two US rappers Jay-Z and Pusha T as well as the former film producer Harvey Weinstein. It is important to note that mention of the three does not come from Jeffrey Epstein’s personal records or from reports confirmed by law enforcement. The names come from a tip that the FBI received during the investigation into the Epstein case. This does not mean that the individuals are being investigated or that they are to blame for the allegations made.

The U.S. Department of Justice said that under the sweeping provisions of the Epstein Files Transparency Act, all information provided to the FBI by the public in connection with the case is subject to public release. Any accusations against the names listed could therefore be false.
Nevertheless, upon closer inspection, the reports raise questions about the three well-known names.
Victim report raises questions
Although there may be no truth to the allegations, an anonymous victim report describes gruesome scenarios in which both the disgraced Hollywood mogul and the two musicians find themselves. The victim, who has not been named, said she had been drugged and sexually abused for years.
In this context, the rapper Pusha T was named as being involved. In addition, according to the report, the victim once woke up in a room that also contained Jay-Z and Harvey Weinstein. Since the victim was drugged in both cases, the memory is clouded.
“Variety” reported on the harsh allegations. The two rappers did not respond to a request from the medium to comment. Whether they will comment on this remains to be seen.
