With two top chefs, the end result can be surprising.

The Food & Fun Festival, which is currently in Turku, has left a permanent trail for at least two chefs this year. Chef of Turku Restaurant Kaskis Erik strawberry and the chef of Reykjavík óx restaurant Thrainn Freyr vigfusson Visited new tattoos today on Friday.
The strawberry was tattooed on the back of the palm and Vigfusnon ankle -linked logo.
“We took tattoos because the stars were in line – The Stars Wee Aligned,” comments Thrainn Freyr Vigfusson.
At the same time, strawberry and Vigfusson have received both Michelin star and Michelin Green Star and have been on the stage at the same time to pick up the confessions.
– We made the decision on tattoos on a whim. We have been friends for a long time, and now we have been working together, we wanted to take the memory to celebrate it, says Vigfusson.
Vigfusson will visit Kaskis restaurant this week with the Food & Fun Festival. A menu has been made to Kaskis, which combines the food philosophy of both chefs. The menu culminates in a dessert with a printed, edible picture of the two to apply for a Michelin award.
According to them, the rally of two top kitchen masters concretizes the core of the festival. The event creates experiences and memories for both the public and the professionals involved.
International Food Event Food & Fun Festival will be held in Turku from 8 to 12. October 2025.
