In Meppel, two teenagers aged 17 and 19 from Steenwijkerland and Meppel were arrested for destroying a power box. The destruction left part of the city without power.
It would concern about 25 houses that were without power for almost an hour from 9 p.m.
The destruction was discovered because the fire brigade was called because of a possible fire in the power box. The fire department had to break open the cupboard. Enexis installed a new cabinet. Police cordoned off part of the street.
