TV hammer at ZDF! Thomas Gottschalk (71) will also moderate the cult show “Wetten, dass…?” this year and next. This was announced by ZDF on Monday.
With this, ZDF is reacting to the crazy rate at the last Gottschalk appearance: On November 6, more than 14 million people tuned in to the anniversary show.
ZDF entertainment director Oliver Heidemann explained: “The response from the TV audience was overwhelming. Together with Thomas Gottschalk, we have decided to continue writing the story of “Wetten, dass…?”. From now on, all betting ideas are welcome again.”
