The police have arrested two Maassluis residents, aged 15 and 18, in the investigation into a fireworks bomb at a house on Archimedeskade in Haarlem. That happened on November 12 of last year. On the evening itself, a 14-year-old suspect had already been arrested.
The fireworks bomb went off around 10:45 p.m. and caused a fire at the front door of the house. It was damaged, but no one was injured.
The police do not rule out more arrests: they suspect that others ‘forced or tempted’ the teenagers to plant the explosive.
The 14-year-old suspect is no longer in custody, but is still a suspect in the case.
