The duo, Dylan Healy and Andrew Hill, fought in the pro-Russian region as mercenaries on the side of Ukraine, according to prosecutors, Russia’s state news agency Tass reported.
Both men are refusing to cooperate with the investigation, according to a source in the self-proclaimed “People’s Republic” of Donetsk. The two have been imprisoned in Mariupol and the Nikolaev region, it was said.
