Two in three VDU workers have physical complaints: “They are not aware of how they hang their body”

Nearly two in three VDU workers (64 percent) suffer from physical complaints. Complaints of the neck, lower back and shoulders occur most often. This is what HR company Attentia said after a survey of more than 22,800 employees who use a computer or other screen every day. Sitting still for a long time, stress and a lack of knowledge about the correct working posture are the biggest culprits.
