Two explosives in Garden Russian consulate thrown in Marseille: “All the characteristics of a terrorist attack” according to Russia

This morning two explosives were thrown into the garden of the Russian consulate in Marseille. There were no injuries and there is no damage to the consulate. The perpetrator immediately fled, nothing is known about the possible motive. The explosion “has all the characteristics of a terrorist attack”, according to the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
